Triad

Our lives are touched by

a triad of holistic gifts, each

contributes to the creation

of our whole selves.

The triad is composed

of our psychological life and

health & longevity,

and productive life.

By valuing each of the three

gifts the triad offers, we bring

about a life-sustaining balance.

Underlying the productive life

at the center of the triad is

our creative soul and body.

A large part of my coaching
approach puts emphasis on
nurturing the creative self.

It's from this self that we

discover great potential is

born out of deep gratitude

for the creative spirit.

We continually discover

grows.

5 step approach

Both the written word and
images are very powerful
tools used in coaching.
And yet coaching's
cornerstone is also the
dynamic relationship that
evolves between
the coach and client.

By engaging with clients in
conversation that's productive,
enjoyable, insightful, and
imaginative, my hope
as a coach is to inspire
the change and
transformation each
client seeks.

At the end of sessions,
I'll share my writings on
Enneagram (an increasingly
popular personality typing
tool that contains nine
personality types) and
Ayurveda (an ancient Indian
medicine that translated
means 'the science of life,'
which features seven bodily
types or constitutions),
as well as introduce
outside sources of
inspiration that I hope
will engage clients.
I may suggest links to
recommended online
resources and books,
exercises to do at
home, or soulful outings
to a park, museum,
or other place of interest.

Between sessions clients can
always feel free to contact me
with any questions
regarding the 5 step
coaching approach.
